MEDIA INQUIRIES AND REQUESTS FOR COMMENT

IALLA is a tax-exempt, non-profit association whose membership is currently comprised of state agencies with responsibility for the administration of vehicle lemon laws. As such, and because each member state agency has its own media policy, we do not lobby or comment on pending legislation, litigation, or matters which may result in litigation.
Media inquiries and requests for comment that are state-specific should be submitted to the appropriate state entity, as IALLA does not respond on behalf of individual states. State Lemon Law contacts are listed at http://www.ialla.net/law_contacts.htm.
Any other media inquiries for IALLA should be directed to Rick Soletski, IALLA's Executive Director, at IALLAexecdirec@gmail.com. To expedite requests, please provide your organization name, contact information, any time frame information and specific questions you have. You may include additional information that you believe will assist us in responding to your request. Our email is monitored on a regular, but not immediate basis. Your request will be reviewed in as timely a manner as possible; but please keep in mind that we may not be able to fulfill all requests or those with an immediate or very short-term deadline.
